We use a slow-fermentation process and French bakery expertise since 2013 to give you a crust that crackles and a light, airy crumb. It’s the same quality loaf you’d find in the best  Parisian boulangerie, waiting in your freezer.

  • It means no shortcuts. Our breads are 100% Organic, our ingredients are Non-GMO, and sourced from trusted grains in the U.S. and in France. No pesticides, no bleached flours, and no "mystery" additives. You’re serving your family clean-label food—just flour, water, salt, and time.

  • We flash-freeze our dough at the absolute peak of freshness. This locks in the moisture and flavor that usually evaporates after just a few hours on a bakery shelf. When you bake it, you're essentially finishing the craft in your own kitchen for a "fresher than fresh" experience.

  • Zero planning required. Take our bread and pastries straight from the freezer to the oven, no thawing, no proofing, no mess.   • Our sealed packaging keeps everything bakery-fresh for up to 6 months. However, most of our members find their box empty within the first week once the kids realize how good the croissants taste!

  • Currently, we focus on traditional, long-fermentation organic sourdough breads. While our long fermentation process makes our bread easier to digest for many with mild gluten sensitivities, our facility is not certified gluten-free.

  • All of our organic breads are 100% vegan. Our croissants and pastries are crafted with cage-free eggs and real butter, making them vegetarian but not vegan. You can find a full ingredient list on each product page.

  • We are not a nut-free facility. And, we process wheat, dairy, sesame, nuts and eggs. Transparency is our priority, so every package clearly lists all ingredients and potential allergens.

  • Yes. We ship in high-efficiency insulated boxes packed with dry ice, designed to stay cool on your porch for hours.

    If your order arrives thawed, it’s okay! Most of the products are safe and good to go in your freezer: the product packaging will let you know.

  • Do not touch dry ice with bare hands, use a towel or oven mitts. 

    Simply leave it in its specialized bag inside the insulated liner and let it sublimate (evaporate) in a well-ventilated area, like a porch or garage. Box and insulation are 100% recyclable.

    And of course, please note that dry ice is not toxic to your products, it is 100% safe for keeping them frozen during transit.
